As I found it in junk Disneyland limbo. I rescued more vintage stuff from here. Will post about them soon.


I believe the SC Coronet Super 12 is from the early 70s. It weighs a ton for its size, maybe 12-15 lbs., and has a not-unpleasant hum when plugged in. I actually like the sound. It also has a great feel- fast and precise. Any error you see in my typecast was due solely to my fingerwork (as if).

How cool that your office building has a room of requirement (term borrowed from JK Rowling)! It's a good thing you got to purchase the matching ribbon on ebay. Ebay is amazing.
